WFL (Win / Fair / Lose)

W-F-L

Definition

Short for 'Win, Fair or Lose' — what players ask after a trade in games with item economies like Adopt Me, Murder Mystery 2, or Pet Simulator. 'Is this WFL?' means 'did I come out ahead (win), even (fair), or behind (lose)?' Players post their trades to friends or trading communities to get a verdict based on each item's perceived value.

Example Usage

I traded my frost dragon for two shadow pets — WFL?

Note for Parents

WFL itself is harmless trading slang, but it's a useful window into your child's trading. Two things to watch: in-game item 'values' are made up by the community and shift constantly, and trading is where most scammers operate ('I'll add more after you send' is a classic). If your child trades a lot, it's worth a chat about never trusting 'trust trades'. See Scam, Beaming, and Cross-Trading.
