Definition
In Roblox, an alt account is a second account used alongside a player's main account. Kids use alts for testing games, starting fresh with a new username, or — importantly — continuing to play after their main account was banned.

Note for Parents
Alt accounts are a common way for children to bypass bans. If your child has multiple Roblox accounts, it's worth asking why. Multiple accounts also make it harder to monitor activity, since each account has its own friends list and chat history.
