Not slang — the name of an online extortion network (part of a looser web sometimes called 'The Com') that targets children and teenagers across social and gaming platforms, including Discord and occasionally Roblox. Members manipulate, befriend, and then threaten minors to coerce them into producing harmful or explicit content or hurting themselves. It is a recognised criminal threat under active law-enforcement investigation.
